Satisfaction Survey

Literacy Volunteers of Wayne County believes that with the help of a trained tutor, everyone can improve his or her reading. This survey will help Literacy Volunteers to know if they are doing a good job. They want to make sure that your time is used wisely. Your answers will help us to help you better.

Please tell the truth when answering the questions. If you choose to share your name, your identity will be kept anonymous. Your answers will be grouped with others so that no one will be able to know which answers are yours.
